These terms apply to purchases of eBooks and the Arabic Course Membership from learnarabic.no. By purchasing an eBook or joining the Arabic Course Membership, you agree to these terms. The terms may change over time, so please check back here if you decide to make another purchase in the future. For general visitors, the liability rules below apply to the use of the website content.

Personal Use & License

The eBooks on this website are for personal use only. Each purchase is for one person. You may not share, sell, or distribute the files or printed copies to anyone who does not have a valid license.

If you are buying for others, please purchase a separate copy for each person by adjusting the quantity in your cart. Buying multiple copies increases your download limit. You are responsible for sharing the file only with the specific individuals you have purchased licenses for. When sharing, you must inform the recipients that the eBook is for their personal use only and cannot be further shared or distributed.

The Arabic Course Membership is for personal use by the individual member who purchases the membership. Membership access may not be shared, transferred, resold, or made available to others.

The video lessons, course materials, exercises, and other content provided through the membership are for personal educational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or make the course content available to others without prior written permission.

Arabic Course Membership

The Arabic Course Membership gives you access to the lessons and materials included in the membership. The membership currently includes the Arabic Writing & Reading Lessons. The Madinah Arabic Lessons are planned to be added once the Arabic Writing & Reading Lessons are complete, insha Allah.

The course content will be added over time. New video lessons are added every week, insha Allah.

The membership is for educational purposes. Individual results may vary, and no specific level of fluency or other result is guaranteed.

Payment & Subscription

All payments are handled securely via Stripe. The price is as shown on the website at the time of purchase. All applicable local taxes (such as VAT) are included in the price. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and valid email address during checkout.

The Arabic Course Membership is a recurring subscription. By purchasing the membership, you agree to recurring payments at the price shown at checkout. Your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Arabic Course Membership at any time through your account. Cancellation will stop future recurring payments, but you will keep access to the course content until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the content upon purchase. By doing so, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download or access link has been provided.

Technical Requirements & Delivery

The eBooks are delivered in PDF format optimized for A4 paper size and are available for immediate download after purchase.

An automated email containing a backup download link will also be sent. This download link expires in 7 days after purchase and is limited to 3 download attempts per license.

It is the buyer's responsibility to download and save the file within this time frame and to ensure that they have compatible software and hardware to open the file.

The Arabic Course Membership requires an internet connection and a compatible device and browser. Learnarabic.no cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the course content at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

The information in the eBooks, course materials, video lessons, and on this website is provided for educational purposes. Learnarabic.no is not responsible for any specific results you achieve or for any errors or omissions in the content.

Learnarabic.no cannot guarantee that technology will always work perfectly. Learnarabic.no is not responsible if an automated email is delayed, ends up in a spam folder, or does not arrive.

If any technical problem occurs with a purchase, the maximum amount learnarabic.no will ever refund or owe the buyer is the total amount paid for that specific purchase.

Governing Law

Since learnarabic.no is based in Norway, any legal questions or disagreements will be handled according to Norwegian law and settled in a Norwegian court.
